From mimicking others? From coursework, articles/books? What worked? What did not? What is important to you? How do others view you and your leadership? Would you agree with them? Describe previous leadership moments where you did not act like a leader? How would you handle that situation now after learning concepts in this course? Think about your values as you develop this answer. This paper must be at least 3, no more than 5 pages in length. This does not count the cover page, abstract page, reference page or any appendices. Must be APA and have at least two peer-reviewed literature references.
