You will hand in an outline of your paper with a list of sources in advance. Papers must incorporate material from lecture, readings, and Arkansas newspapers. Does Arkansas have a caste system? How you answer the question is up to you — I want to leave plenty of room for your creativity. The paper should include citations for material that you find. You can use any citation format, just be consistent. It is fine to cite lecture and textbook pages.
