1. Research strength-based practices implemented to improve services for the client population served in your field agency. Select three to five empirical articles from scholarly and professional sources to support your position.
2. Explain how the strength-based practices are used in your field agency to intervene for an individual, family, or group.
3. Explain the benefits of a strengths-based approach when engaging individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities.
4. Summarize what you learned about your topic and how this influences, informs, or guides your activities in your field placement.
5.Your final essay, supporting your position, is to be included in your e-Portfolio.
