Complete the Social Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire. Write and upload a reflective report of at least 200 words, based on your self-assessment, responding to the following items:
1. Identify all of your total scores in the four categories (Perspective Taking, Social Perceptiveness, Behavior Flexibility and Social Performance) that are 16 or above and reflect on why you believe each category is one of your strengths. Describe specific behaviors or actions that contribute to your strength in each category identified.
2. Identify all of your total scores for the four categories that are 15 or below and reflect on why each category has been identified as area(s) of opportunity.
3. For each of your category scores that are 15 or less (or your two lowest scores if none are 15 or less), identify at least two action items you can commit to in order to improve your strength in that category and how you will incorporate the actions into your daily routine.
4. Describe the importance of each category to your profession. Describe why or why not you would anticipate each category to be the same level of importance for other professions in your discussion group.
