This is a lab for my Intrusion Detection and Incident Response course.
Instructions for the lab are attached in the PDF file.
You must access my SimSpace Portal account to connect to the Virtual Machines attached to the course.
Logins will be available for assigned writer
You will then click the IS 3523-03 under ‘Active’ and navigate to the Virtual Machines on the right icon with a monitor. Then select any ‘win-hunt-xx’ available for the lab that no one is on.
– I have also attached my previous lab as an example of the format and how screen captures throughout the lab are implemented.
– I also attached a PDF of class notes and what the professor was showing us briefly in class as a way to get into the box. Attached are Zip files to use for the lab.
* Does not have to be advanced just use basic coding like the hints and class notes file!
