and failures. In Unit 3, we examined cultivating positive work relationships and
designing a vision supporting growth-focused cultures. This week, you will research a
company that highlights these concepts well and then use what you learned to design a
vision for the company from your Unit 1 assignment.
Instructions:
Research any company, large or small. As you research your chosen business, focus
on the culture, mission, vision, and values. Address the following:
1. What is your business’s customer value proposition?
2. How do their mission, vision, and values create a growth-focused culture?
3. Provide cited research to reinforce your findings.
Use the business that was the basis of your Unit 1 Assignment and the text, resources,
and the business you researched for this paper. Complete the following:
1. Design a vision for that company that leads to the desired growth-focused
culture.
2. Explain how your vision leads to a growth-focused culture.
Requirements:
• Your paper should be a structured essay with a clear introduction, thesis, body,
and conclusion.
• Your paper should be APA formatted.
• There must be a minimum of two APA references in addition to the course
textbook.
• The length of the paper should be a minimum of two pages and not exceed four
pages.
